DAYONGI Terms and Conditions

Welcome to DAYONGI. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the DAYONGI platform, websites, mobile applications, products, services, digital solutions, software, and related features.
1. About DAYONGI
DAYONGI is a technology-driven digital platform designed to connect individuals, businesses, organizations, communities, merchants, service providers, volunteers, and partners through commerce, collaboration, products, digital services, software solutions, and community-based initiatives.

2. Nature of the Platform
DAYONGI operates as a technology platform and service provider. DAYONGI is not:
- an investment company;
- an investment program;
- a securities issuer;
- an insurance company;
- a banking institution;
- a lending or financing company;
- a crowdfunding or fundraising platform;
- a guaranteed income program.
Participation within the Platform does not create any investment relationship between DAYONGI and its users.
Nothing on the Platform shall be interpreted as an offer to sell securities, solicit investments, accept deposits, provide lending services, issue insurance products, or offer regulated financial products unless expressly authorized under applicable law.
3. No Investment or Profit Guarantee
DAYONGI does not solicit investments from the public. The Platform does not promise guaranteed income, guaranteed profits, passive income, investment appreciation, financial growth, or wealth generation.
Any earnings generated by users arise solely from legitimate commercial activities, including product sales, services, merchant activities, authorized affiliate programs, or other lawful platform features.
4. Products and Services
DAYONGI offers products, software, subscriptions, memberships, digital services, business tools, and marketplace solutions.
Payments made by users are solely for products, subscriptions, software, platform services, or other legitimate offerings. Payments shall never be interpreted as investments, deposits, capital contributions, securities purchases, or financial placements.
Except where expressly stated for a specific product or service, payments are non-refundable once the corresponding products, subscriptions, digital services, or Platform benefits have been delivered or made available, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Community Initiative
DAYONGI is inspired by the Filipino value of Dayong, a tradition of helping one another through cooperation and shared responsibility.
Any assistance, donations, volunteer work, community support, or humanitarian activities are entirely voluntary and are initiated by participating users or partner organizations.
DAYONGI merely provides digital tools and communication channels that facilitate lawful interactions and does not guarantee that any member will receive assistance from another member.
6. Community Points and the DAYONG Principle
DAYONGI may operate a Community Points System to encourage positive participation within the ecosystem.
Community Points may be earned through eligible activities such as purchasing products, subscribing to services, using Platform features, participating in community activities, referring users where permitted, completing authorized activities, or other qualifying actions determined by DAYONGI.
Community Points are promotional and engagement-based benefits only. They are not investments, securities, shares, ownership interests, deposits, savings accounts, insurance policies, financial instruments, or investment contracts.
Community Points are promotional participation units used within eligible DAYONGI community features. Community Points do not represent equity in DAYONGI, do not earn interest, do not appreciate in value merely by being held, and must not be interpreted as an investment, security, deposit, financial instrument, or a promise of income, profit, dividends, passive returns, or future compensation. Where Community Points are used within authorized community assistance features, they function solely according to the applicable rules of those features and do not, by themselves, create any entitlement to receive money or financial assistance.
Eligible members may voluntarily use Community Points within Platform features that support community initiatives, charitable activities, humanitarian programs, member assistance programs, educational campaigns, disaster response initiatives, environmental projects, or other lawful programs.
DAYONGI acts solely as the technology platform that facilitates these interactions. Any assistance received originates from voluntary actions of members, merchants, partner organizations, sponsors, donors, or authorized participants.
Purchasing products or services remains a legitimate commercial transaction. The issuance of Community Points does not change the commercial nature of the transaction.
To promote a fair, sustainable, and active community, certain optional Platform features, community programs, engagement initiatives, promotional benefits, or member-to-member activities may require members to maintain Active Participation status. Active Participation may be achieved through eligible activities such as purchasing products, subscribing to services, using authorized Platform features, participating in community activities, completing qualifying Platform activities, or meeting applicable Community Points eligibility requirements, where applicable.
These participation requirements exist solely to encourage genuine engagement, support the continued operation of the Platform, prevent abuse, reduce inactive accounts, and maintain the integrity of the DAYONGI community. They shall not be interpreted as an investment requirement, mandatory financial contribution, deposit, savings program, capital placement, or payment in exchange for guaranteed assistance, rewards, profits, income, or financial returns.
Maintaining Active Participation does not guarantee that a member will receive assistance, donations, products, services, Community Points, rewards, or benefits from other members, merchants, businesses, sponsors, or partner organizations. All community participation, assistance, and member-to-member initiatives remain voluntary and subject to eligibility requirements, Platform rules, availability, and applicable law.
DAYONGI reserves the right to establish, modify, suspend, or discontinue Active Participation requirements, Community Points eligibility, feature access, participation criteria, or related policies at any time, provided such changes comply with applicable laws and are published through the Platform.
DAYONGI may establish eligibility requirements, earning rules, redemption rules, expiration periods, usage limitations, suspension policies, and modifications relating to the Community Points System, subject to applicable law.
Member-Initiated Community Assistance
Where available, eligible members may voluntarily participate in authorized community assistance features. Members may choose to support eligible members or approved community causes in accordance with the applicable rules of the Platform.
Community assistance is initiated solely by participating members through their own manual instructions or through optional automated preferences that the member voluntarily configures within their account settings. DAYONGI merely provides the technology that facilitates the execution of those member-authorized instructions.
DAYONGI does not independently determine who will receive assistance, does not guarantee that assistance will be available, and does not promise that any member will receive assistance, financial support, or other benefits.
By participating in the Community Points System, members agree that:
- Community Points are promotional Platform benefits only;
- Community Points are not investments or financial products;
- Participation in community initiatives is voluntary;
- DAYONGI does not guarantee assistance, donations, rewards, products, services, or financial benefits;
- All purchases are legitimate commercial transactions;
- DAYONGI functions solely as a technology platform;
- The spirit of Dayong is founded on voluntary cooperation, not financial return.
7. No Solicitation of Money
DAYONGI does not solicit money from users for investment purposes and does not request funds in exchange for promises of future financial returns.
Users should immediately report any individual claiming to represent DAYONGI who solicits investments or promises guaranteed profits.
8. Marketplace Transactions
DAYONGI operates as a marketplace where independent merchants, sellers, service providers, and businesses may offer products or services.
Each merchant remains responsible for product quality, pricing, warranties, shipping, taxes, legal compliance, and customer support.
Unless expressly identified as the seller of record, DAYONGI is not the seller, manufacturer, importer, distributor, or owner of products listed by independent merchants.
9. Software and SaaS Services
SaaS subscriptions grant users a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access software during the subscription period.
No ownership rights over DAYONGI software, intellectual property, source code, algorithms, or proprietary technology are transferred to users.
10. Independent Users and Partners
Unless expressly stated otherwise, merchants, sellers, service providers, volunteers, sponsors, partner organizations, and other users participating through the Platform operate independently and are not employees, agents, representatives, partners, or joint venturers of DAYONGI.
DAYONGI provides technology that enables communication, commerce, and community interaction but does not supervise, control, or assume responsibility for the independent decisions or actions of participating users except as expressly provided under applicable law.
11. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information;
- Comply with applicable laws;
- Use the Platform responsibly;
- Avoid fraud, scams, illegal fundraising, and investment solicitation;
- Protect account credentials;
- Respect intellectual property rights.
DAYONGI may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse community programs, manipulate Platform features, impersonate other users, create multiple accounts for abuse, or otherwise violate applicable laws or Platform policies.
12. Membership
Membership does not create shareholder rights, partnership rights, ownership interests, investment contracts, or employer-employee relationships.
13. Rewards and Promotional Programs
DAYONGI may offer promotional rewards, loyalty points, referral incentives, discounts, vouchers, coupons, badges, or similar programs.
Such rewards are promotional in nature and have no guaranteed cash value unless expressly stated.
14. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, branding, designs, databases, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of DAYONGI or its licensors.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DAYONGI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use of the Platform.
16. Compliance with Laws
Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, taxation rules, and consumer protection standards.
17. Modification of Terms
DAYONGI may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Platform Availability and Reservation of Rights
DAYONGI reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any Platform feature, Community Points program, promotional activity, membership benefit, software functionality, or community initiative at any time, with or without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing contained within the Platform shall be construed as creating a perpetual right to any specific feature, reward, Community Points program, promotional campaign, or community initiative.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in other jurisdictions.

Acknowledgment
By using DAYONGI, you acknowledge that DAYONGI is a technology platform, not an investment program, and that you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
