1. Responsible Use

Users must use DAYONGI responsibly, lawfully, honestly, and in accordance with these rules, the Terms and Conditions, Community Guidelines, and applicable laws.

2. Prohibited Financial Conduct

Users must not use the Platform to:

• Solicit investments;
• Promise guaranteed income, profits, returns, or passive income;
• Operate Ponzi, pyramid, chain referral, or illegal money schemes;
• Conduct unauthorized fundraising;
• Offer lending, insurance, securities, or regulated financial products without authorization;
• Misrepresent DAYONGI as an investment platform.

3. Fraud and Misrepresentation

Users must not submit false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent information.

• No fake identities;
• No impersonation;
• No fake emergencies;
• No false death, medical, disaster, or hardship claims;
• No fake orders or fake transactions;
• No manipulation of community programs.

4. Community Assistance Abuse

Community assistance features must be used only for lawful, honest, voluntary, and authorized purposes.

Users must not pressure, threaten, deceive, or manipulate other members into providing assistance.

DAYONGI does not guarantee that any member will receive assistance, money, products, services, rewards, or benefits.

5. Community Points Abuse

Users must not manipulate, exploit, sell, transfer, farm, automate, or misuse Community Points except through authorized Platform features.

Users must not create fake transactions, duplicate accounts, bot activity, or artificial engagement to gain unfair benefits.

6. Account Abuse

Users must not:

• Create multiple accounts to abuse Platform features;
• Share accounts for fraudulent activity;
• Sell, rent, or transfer accounts without authorization;
• Access another user's account without permission;
• Bypass account restrictions or suspensions.

7. Marketplace Abuse

Merchants, sellers, buyers, and service providers must act honestly.

• No counterfeit goods;
• No illegal products or services;
• No false product descriptions;
• No fake reviews;
• No order manipulation;
• No abusive refund or chargeback behavior.

8. Technical Abuse

Users must not interfere with Platform security, performance, or integrity.

• No hacking;
• No malware;
• No phishing;
• No scraping without authorization;
• No automated abuse;
• No reverse engineering except where allowed by law;
• No attempts to bypass security controls.

9. Content Rules

Users must not upload, post, send, or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, fraudulent, misleading, or infringing on intellectual property rights.

10. Privacy and Personal Data

Users must not collect, share, sell, expose, or misuse another person's personal information without lawful authority or consent.

Users must not publicly post sensitive personal data, private documents, financial information, passwords, or confidential information of others.

11. Spam and Unwanted Messages

Users must not use DAYONGI to send spam, mass unsolicited messages, deceptive promotions, fake offers, malicious links, or unauthorized advertising.

12. Enforcement

DAYONGI may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, cancel transactions, withhold suspicious activity, or report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

13. Reporting Abuse

Users are encouraged to report fraud, scams, fake emergencies, investment solicitation, illegal fundraising, suspicious activity, or violations of this Policy through the official reporting channels published on the Platform.

14. Updates to This Policy

DAYONGI may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
