• Use the Platform responsibly.

2. Respect Every Member

Users must communicate respectfully at all times.

Do not:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate others.
• Use hate speech or discriminatory language.
• Promote violence or abuse.
• Post obscene or offensive content.
• Share misleading or defamatory information.

3. Honest Participation

Members must provide truthful information when using DAYONGI.

Users must not:

• Create fake identities.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse Platform features.
• Submit false information.
• Misrepresent products, services, or community activities.

4. Community Assistance

Community assistance is based entirely on voluntary participation.

Members may voluntarily support eligible members or approved community initiatives through authorized Platform features where available.

No member is required to provide assistance, and no member is guaranteed to receive assistance.

Members must never pressure, manipulate, threaten, or deceive others into providing assistance.

5. Community Points

Community Points are promotional participation benefits intended to encourage positive engagement within the DAYONGI ecosystem.

Members must not:

• Buy or sell Community Points outside authorized Platform features.
• Manipulate Community Points.
• Create fake transactions.
• Exploit bugs or technical errors.
• Use automated tools to gain unfair advantages.

6. Marketplace Conduct

Merchants and buyers must conduct business honestly.

Merchants must:

• Provide accurate product information.
• Deliver products as described.
• Honor applicable warranties.
• Follow consumer protection laws.
• Communicate professionally.

Buyers must:

• Place genuine orders.
• Pay for legitimate purchases.
• Treat merchants respectfully.
• Avoid abusive behavior.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

• Investment solicitation.
• Ponzi or pyramid schemes.
• Fraud or scams.
• Money laundering.
• Illegal fundraising.
• Unauthorized collection of donations.
• Identity theft.
• Account hacking.
• Spam or mass unsolicited messages.
• Distribution of malware.
• Counterfeit products.
• Illegal goods or services.
• Copyright infringement.
• Circumventing Platform security.

8. Reporting Violations

Members are encouraged to report suspected fraud, abuse, scams, fake emergencies, illegal activities, or violations of these Guidelines using DAYONGI's official reporting channels.

Reports should be made honestly and in good faith.

9. Enforcement

DAYONGI may investigate reported violations and may take appropriate action consistent with applicable law.

Depending on the severity of the violation, DAYONGI may:

• Issue warnings.
• Remove content.
• Restrict Platform features.
• Suspend accounts.
• Terminate accounts.
• Cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.

10. Protect Yourself

Members should always:

• Protect account credentials.
• Verify information before acting.
• Avoid sharing confidential information publicly.
• Report suspicious activity immediately.
• Follow good cybersecurity practices.

11. Changes to these Guidelines

DAYONGI may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
